Our Mission
At the Isenberg Real Estate Fund, our mission is to not only set our members up for success within the commercial real estate industry but to provide exceptional investment opportunities for our equity investors. IREF's role will be to work with general partners to source good investments. After IREF performs our due diligence and underwriting, the deal will be presented to our equity investors, where they will decide if they want to invest as a limited partner.

As an undergraduate - focused fund, we are committed to furthering the education of all members interested in real estate here at UMass through multiple levels of education. These levels include Real Estate Club, the Real Estate Certificate program, and the Masters Program in Alternative Investments.
